What is Pilates, and can beginners join?
Pilates is a method of movement focused on strength, mobility, and control.
Yes — beginners are absolutely welcome. Our classes are designed to support all levels, and instructors provide guidance and modifications so you can move safely and confidently.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free street parking is available directly in front of the studio from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, making it easy to arrive for your class.

Is the studio TTC accessible?
Yes. The studio at 27 Davies Ave is TTC accessible, with streetcar and bus routes nearby, making it easy to reach by public transit.

Is the studio stroller accessible?
There are a few stairs at the entrance, but the studio is located on the main floor. It’s easiest to carry your baby inside, and you’re welcome to park your stroller in the studio. Please note space for strollers is limited.

What if I’m late to class?
Life happens! If you arrive a few minutes late, you’re welcome to join quietly if the class has already begun. For safety reasons, entry may not be permitted once the warm-up has finished. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to get settled.

Thursday- AM closed (private clients only) 5:30 pm-7:30 pm

Saturday: 8:30 am-10:00 am
Sunday: 9:00 am-11:00 am
