With over 10 years of work in the health and wellness industry and my care for professional training and hands-on experience, my approach is rooted in quality, intention, and movement that actually translates into real life. I care far more about how you move and feel than chasing an aesthetic.

I’m a mom. I have a body that looks like most bodies. I believe strength should support your everyday life — lifting your kids, building your career, walking confidently through your world.

I’ve grown up in the East End my whole life, and opening this studio isn’t just a business — it’s a way to give back to the community that shaped me. This space is personal.

Mom Club

A 6-Week Strength Program for Mothers

Moms Club is our signature small-group program designed specifically for women navigating early motherhood and beyond.

This is not just a class.
It is a structured 6-week progression focused on building strength, confidence, and connection.

Program Categories

  • 1. Moms Club (0–12 Months)
    Designed for mothers with babies in their first year. Babies are welcome — even if they’re already crawling.

  • 2. Moms Club (12+ Months | Toddlers Welcome)
    Perfect for moms with active little ones. Crawlers and toddlers are welcome in this supportive, flexible class environment

  • 3. Moms Club (No Kids Attending)
    For mothers who want dedicated time to train, reset, and reconnect with their bodies.

Program Details

• 6-week program commitment
• Classes held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings
• Limited to 6 women per session
• Babies welcome in the 0–12 month program
• Coffee and community time offered after each class

Each session is intentionally capped to maintain intimacy, hands-on coaching, and genuine connection.

Thursday- AM closed (private clients only) 5:30 pm-7:30 pm

Friday: 7:00 am- 9:00 am

Saturday: 8:30 am-10:00 am

Sunday: 9:00 am-11:00 am
